Who's Ové

Our Story

Hi, we're Khaled Hajjar & Tarek Al-Jundi, partners in this Ové journey. The brand started when we took a day-trip to Khaled's farm in As-Salt, Jordan. That day, we discovered that we had the best olive oil thanks to the 400-year-old olive trees. Extra Virgin, buttery & oh so delicious.

Then Dena, Khaled's wife, suggested we infuse it. Lightbulb moment. Infused olive oil is your perfect pairing partner. Every dish you cook is now 10x more delicious. Even the dishes you don't cook are 10x better. (Pro tip: try Rosemary Ové on Labneh.)

Once you have a bottle (or ten), you're part of a community that mixes tradition with innovation, and art with heritage. We simply want to elevate the classics, without reinventing anything.
