A Sensory Journey

Take a moment to stop, relax, close your eyes and just smell the fresh air infused with the herbs of this garden. Learn from JOOWN, situated by the Butterfly installation (Jordanian Olive Oil Women's Network) all about olive oil. Taste some buttery delicious liquid gold, and taste some infused Ové.

Ové infuses all olive oil with naturally grown ingredients, just like the herbs you see here. We grow the ingredients and we infuse for a few weeks. Then we pour the olive oil through a sieve. What comes out is delicious, buttery olive oil, infused with Lemon, Rosemary, Thyme, Green Chili, Black Garlic or even Coffee. The taste is just enough to elevate the tradition without overpowering.

خذوا لحظة للتوقف والاسترخاء، أغلقوا عيونكم واستنشقوا الهواء النقي المُشبع بأعشاب هذه الحديقة. تعلموا من جمعية زيت الزيتون النسائية الواقعة بجانب تجهيز الفراشة كل شيء عن زيت الزيتون. تذوقوا ذهباً سائلاً زبدياً لذيذاً، وتذوقوا أوڤي المُنكّه.

أوڤي ينكّه جميع زيت الزيتون بمكونات طبيعية، تماماً مثل الأعشاب التي ترونها هنا. نزرع المكونات وننكّه لبضعة أسابيع. ثم نصب زيت الزيتون عبر مصفاة. ما يخرج هو زيت زيتون لذيذ زبدي، منكّه بالليمون أو إكليل الجبل أو الزعتر أو الفلفل الأخضر أو الثوم الأسود أو حتى القهوة. الطعم كافٍ تماماً لرفع التقليد دون طغيان.
