After handpicking, the olives are carefully washed to remove any dust, leaves, or impurities while preserving their delicate skins
The olives are gently crushed into a paste using traditional or modern stone mills. This process releases the oils while preserving the natural flavors and nutrients
The paste is processed at a temperature below 27°C (80°F) to ensure the natural aroma, flavor, and nutritional value remain intact.
Through a delicate cold-infusion process, we gently steep handpicked herbs, fruits, and spices into our premium olive oil. This method ensures the vibrant flavors and natural aromas are preserved, creating an exquisite blend crafted with the utmost care.
